1) No Idle chitchat while you are supposed to be training, or while anybody else is...never interrupt needlessly!
2) Put your plates away after using! Especially you big guys (but this applies to everybody) who load up a machine or rack with multiple 45's then leave it there!! If you are strong enough to lift it, you can put it away! Otherwise you are officially WEAK!
3) KNOW what you are doing! Don't go into a gym never being taught how to work the machines or with no training knowledge! Most beginners worry about what people must think we look like in gym so don't pretend to know or assume to know if you don't....u do look silly if you do that as its obvious and the veteran trainers will respect anybody who reaches out to learn!
4) Don't yell and scream and be overly dramatic when lifting! Its ok to make some noise as a grunt here or there just happens, but really you can control it! At the very least it's annoying and disturbs other gym members!
